About Us
On April 1 1986, Geoff Scott and Con Calio took the challenge and purchased the Hickman Real Estate business in the Brighton Shopping Centre and proved to a be a successful and well respected duo.
A more diverse partnership you could not find with Geoff’s background in engineering and Con’s in farming.
In 1998 Carl Calio undertook the tremendous task of continuing to provide the local community with the same service and values that people expected of Calio and Scott Real Estate. Geoff’s parting words to Carl were “Your father and I have worked very hard with this business…. Don’t stuff it up!”
In 2009/2010 the shopping centre where we are located underwent major renovations so we have seized the opportunity to have a "face lift" and a total revamp of our colour scheme. Our new office location, literally next door to our old one, looks modern and inviting and offers our clients and visitors to the area a valuable insight into what our suburb has on offer for its local community.
Our Current Staff
The current team of Carl, Ron, Jon, Vana, Linda and Rachel continue to uphold previous standards and levels of trust and enjoy living and working in our beautiful bayside area. Who better to service the local community than local people.
